Application for PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJNA (PMAY), GUDA

Applications are being accepted online only through the official portal. Application Link

Registration Period

Registration is open from Mar 01, 2026 to Apr 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Application Fees

Non-Refundable Application fees is Rs. 1000 + 18% GST. Application page will be activated only once payment is successfully completed.

Required Documents for Application

Please keep scanned copies of the following documents ready before starting your application:

  • Photo and scanned Signature of Applicant
  • Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Horizontal Reservation Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Nomination Certificate (Only if Nominee is added)
  • Affidavit as per registration booklet
  • Cancelled cheque/ passbook copy for refund purposes

Original Documents Retention

Please retain the original copies of all attached documents. These will be required during the allotment process for verification.

Bank Account Details

Applicant is requested to provide their own bank account details. The same will be used for refund in case of non-allotment. Any discrepancy in Bank details may lead to refund being initiated in wrong account. Neither bank nor UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad will be responsible for any such act of omission by applicant.
